Amy has been engaging in the field of intellectual property since 1999. In July 2004, Amy joined LexField (formerly known as Jan Liu & Associates) and has been focusing on IP protection since then. From 2000 to 2004, Amy worked as a trademark lawyer at King & Wood Mallesons. Previously, Amy worked at Kangxin IP firm.
Amy has extensive experience on trademark portfolio management, trademark prosecution and enforcement, strategic IP counselling and negotiation, domain name and copyright protection, and anti-unfair competition. Amy possesses profound legal expertise and deep understanding of the clients’ commercial needs. Amy has accumulated rich experience in successful practice and has helped clients resolve a large number of intellectual property disputes.
