Nancy Zhang has been practicing PRC IP law since 2005 and joined LexField Law Offices in March 2009. She has successfully represented many well-known international companies and start-ups in various IP issues, specializing in trademark clearance legal opinion, registration, opposition, invalidation, dispute and administrative/judicial enforcement. Her expertise also extends to domain name acquisition and protection, copyright recordation and protection, customs protection of trademarks and copyrights, trademark negotiation for assignment and co-existence and general IP counseling.
She serves as legal counsel for a wide range of international leading companies and start-up across various industries, including information technology, hotels, electronics, electrical appliances, pharmaceuticals, department stores, fashion, and more.

● Represented a French company in an administrative litigation to obtain the registration of the trademark, which had initially been rejected based on negative influence.
● Assisted a US company in stopping bad-faith filing and infringing use via both administrative litigation and civil litigation, securing a high compensation of CNY 3 million for the client.
● Represented an Israeli company in successfully preventing a squatter from registering over 20 infringing trademarks and engaging infringing use.
