Professional Highlights：

Ms. Yuan began her career as a trademark examiner in the CNIPA from 2008 to 2011, and gained rich experience in the trial standards and review practices of the CNIPA. In May 2011, she joined LexField Law Offices.

Ms. Yuan has represented many multinational companies in various trademark matters, especially in providing trademark protection strategies, infringement analysis,obtaining trademark registration, enforcement and dispute resolution , successfully resolved many trademark matters for many clients.

She also handles copyright registration and protection, domain name registration, and custom recording. Ms. Yuan is experienced across a broad spectrum of industries, including cosmetics, housewares, cameras, office supplies, oil, food and beverages.

Representative Cases：

• Representing a cosmetics multinational company and a consumer products multinational company for trademark matters in China for over ten years, handling hundreds of trademark clearance searches per year, counseling on trademark prosecution, trademark infringement and unfair competition, handling opposition, invalidation, litigation, domain name registration, copyright registration, online take down, AIC complaint cases, and designing the overall trademark protection strategies.
• Representing a leading British company, a leading French company and a leading Japanese company in successfully resolving trademark infringement matters by sending lawyer's letter.
• Representing a Swiss company and a Japanese company in an economical and effective way to obtain domain names which squatted by domain name dealers.
• Representing a famous cosmetics company and a famous food company, through in-depth research and providing creative solutions in many cases, successfully cleared the squat-registered trademark and allowed client's trademark to be registered.
• Representing a Japanese company won trademark infringement and unfair competition litigations and obtained high awards.
• Successfully had one trademark officially recognized as well-known trademark in 2015.
